1. Overview

This website and online store are operated under the JUDY LADIES brand by JIAYUEHUI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “JUDY LADIES,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to JIAYUEHUI LLC.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and related features. By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to us is complete, accurate, and current.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, materials, measurements, colors, photographs, and other information as accurately as possible.

Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting, and device settings.
Product measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.
Natural pearls, natural stones, mother-of-pearl, and similar materials may vary in color, shape, texture, pattern, and surface characteristics.
Minor natural variations are not considered defects.
Product availability may change without notice.

Gold-plated and other finished jewelry may gradually change in appearance depending on frequency of wear, friction, moisture, cosmetics, chemicals, storage, and individual body chemistry. Customers should follow the care instructions provided on our website or with the product.

Nothing in this section limits your mandatory rights where a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly described, or otherwise not in conformity with applicable consumer law.

4. Prices and Currency

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website or determined by your market.

Currency conversions shown on the website may be estimates. Your card issuer, bank, or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

We may change prices at any time before an order is placed. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except in the event of an obvious pricing or technical error.

Payment cannot be authorized.
We suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, resale, or misuse.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

You may contact us promptly to request an order cancellation or address change. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

7. Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information.

Payments are processed by Shopify and other payment providers made available at checkout. We do not directly store your full payment card number.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Processing times, estimated delivery windows, available shipping methods, and other shipping information are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur because of customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to collect it, additional shipping costs may apply before it can be sent again.

Please contact us if tracking shows that a parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, or if the parcel appears to be delayed or lost.

Nothing in this section limits delivery rights available under mandatory consumer law.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, available in the website footer.

Unless otherwise stated in that policy:

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Items must meet the stated return conditions.
Customers must contact us before sending a return.
Customers should not send returns to our business mailing address unless we have specifically instructed them to do so.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable related costs as required by our policy and applicable law.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes:

Are valid only during the stated promotional period.
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
May be restricted to selected products, customers, regions, or order values.
May not be combined unless expressly permitted.
May be limited to one use per customer or household.
May be cancelled where fraud, misuse, or technical error is reasonably suspected.

If a return causes an order to no longer meet the conditions of a promotion, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the promotion that applied to the original purchase, subject to applicable law.

If you submit content directly to us for publication, or expressly authorize us to use it, you grant JUDY LADIES a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content for the purposes described when permission is obtained.

You retain ownership of your original content. We will not claim that paid, gifted, sponsored, or incentivized content is an independent customer review.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, including our brand name, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, product names, product descriptions, designs, layouts, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to JIAYUEHUI LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
